Nice to meet you

With whom would you like to strengthen ties? Work team? Family? community? students? customers?

Maybe with yourself?

Every relationship, whether short-term or long-term, deep or light, is built on communication.

if the communication is accurate, it helps create an accurate relationship.

In the Council circle we will experience, learn and practice quality interpersonal communication.

We offer a variety of council circles – nature retreats, intercultural circles, councils for teachers, for women, for the workplace and more.
Council circles can be done inside or out, and even on zoom.

We offer council facilitator trainings, processes for different needs as well as one time circle days or taster circles.

Council Circles

Professional Training

Testimonials

The training was so meaningful I would love to do it again.

I feel lucky that I chose to join the Protected Conversation Training this year. The training contributed much both personally and professionally.

I arrived at the council circle needing to learn how to listen and to feel truly listened to. In the circle I felt a positive energy and discovered that I can listen to others patiently and calmly, and that I am not judgmental. I discovered in council a new way of communication allowing authentic self-expression, spontaneity and freedom.

I am grateful to the teacher Itaf for the amazing experience she provided us with in the meetings. There is no doubt that I learned much. I learned to listen to myself, to listen to the speaker and to the group.
