We provide professional council trainings for groups, educational staff, municipalities and more.
The professional trainings are for people who wish to use council facilitation in their workplace, or work as council facilitators.

Teachers’ trainings:
We offer teachers trainings through the professional frameworks of the Department of Education in Israel, as well as for independent private schools.

International Trainings

As Internationally recognized trainers, we train council facilitators both in person and on Zoom, in English, Arabic and/or Hebrew.

Council is based on traditions of sitting on the ground in a circle, traditions that include song, movement and games, and therefore most council circles are in person, and yet together with this we discovered over the years that the essence of council, the connection to self and to those with us, creation of the common energetic field, can be created on zoom, and we we have become experts in this.

What are Council Circles?

The circle is a space in which we learn to deeply understand and practice quality communication. All relationships, whether short or long term, deep or light, are built on communication. Precise communication can help create precise relationships.

A good relationship includes collaboration, quality products and results as well as joy.

The essence of the language of council is connection between head and heart: When we speak and listen from the heart, we receive understandings and wisdom found only this way. Each circle has its own unique wisdom, built of the specific voices of its participants.
