After October 7th, 2023, we discovered that despite years of partnership, closeness, and working together through Council Circles, there was still tension between us. Naturally, we didn’t give up. We chose to move through the difficulty in the way of the Circle , and on the other side we emerged not just “okay,” but with profound new insights. Women we had worked with in the past reached out to check on us, and when we shared what we had learned, they asked us to facilitate o
